My thoughts go to her family and colleagues.

She was the sweetest lady who made the best sandwiches.

I hope whatever the cause it was natural and not traumatic.

She will be missed.

If what is said is true, my condolences go to her family, friends and colleagues.

She was the sweetest lady in this street!
Always smiling, always with a nice words, with different topics to talk about, but the most beautiful thing about her was she always treated us as part of her family.
I will always keep that on my mind and put a smile on my face every time I remember her.

Que tua biblioteca del amor y de la amabilidad crece todos los dias!
Vaya con Dios!

I'm horrified. I go in there for lunch from time to time they are lovely people and make great sandwiches. My heart goes out to them, I am so sorry.

Why have we heard nothing of this?
Was this even on the news?

I haven't seen it reported anywhere but in this thread.

I wonder why the victim has not been formally identified.

Does anyone know her name?

Sounds like it to me...

Terrible news - walking past this morning I noticed that a number of bunches of flowers had been left by the post box near the cafe.

I read the Southwark News tonight, she was known by so many locals. How sad for it to happen.

It is very sad. I lived on the street for a couple of years, but didn't know Gloria. It really hit me as I saw the flowers outside the shop today.

There is also a Goode's on Tooley Street, which is closed, and carries the same message in the window.

My condolences to all those affected by Gloria's death.
