If you get on a bus and a pleasant young black man comes up and starts a conversation beware, he has a jacket on, and over his right arm a beige cord jacket with a imitation sheepskin lining..he leans towards you and his left hand is creeping towards your handbag flap! He tried that before and i realised what he was doing and told the whole bus to be careful they don't lose their purses. Last night he was even more unlucky as I had my bag flap towards my body and accross my shoulder. He has a faint smell of booxe on his breath, both occasions the bus was heading towards the elephant.

Most buses have the new Ibus system, if you tell the driver they can put a pre- recorded message to all passengers, also they could put an incident report in at the garage, and have the CCTV checked, this person might be known to the police. Which bus route did this happen on?

There has also been an olive skinned skinny man at the tesco bus stop, Ok rd pickpocketting as you get on to the bus.
Watch out!!! I was lucky because somebody saw him with his hand approaching my bag & shouted at him. He was very brazen & didnt immediately retreat. he just stood there with a blank expression on hi face.

Did he have the coat over his arm eyag?

I may have a word with our community police officer telling him about this, perhaps they can stick signs up near bus stops?
