Incident in St Thomas St

Weston Street was still closed today at lunchtime when I walked past....2 policemen on patrol at each end of the tunnel section and even a food service van there too.

The food service van has been there the whole time, I think.

I too don't understand why it has been closed for so long, and what they could find today that they couldn't have found several days ago.
