I live in an apartment block three stories high. I live on the second floor and need a professional window cleaner to clean my windows, as do all the other residents. Our managing agents refuse to organise this despite repeated requests by all residents. They say that in the lease all they are required to do is organise the cleaning of the COMMUNAL windows but that they are not obliged to organise window cleaning for individual apartments and therefore they are not going to do it. We pay a whopping service charge. Does this sound like a good ground to present to Leasehold Valuation Tribunal?.
