London Bridge Station plans

Is anyone aware of details of the re-development of London Bridge station? In particular I'm interested in time-frame and plans for Bermondsey Street (will it become busy and congested).

From the link below, it looks like Stainer Street and Weston Street are to be pedestrianised?
