;o) Just tugging your Trunction

You gotta love the BBC, not sure if they realise just how amusing this is:

I guess this is what they mean when they say "We're all in this together!"

Interesting how the lines get blurred.

Thanks for the Trunction tug (sic).

Dunno what you think is amusing about it? - normal folks exercising and demonstrating their collective frustration about police cuts during these worrying times of austerity.

Can you explain what you think is blurred? and why we have to love the BBC?

You were not amused but Im happy to try to explain what makes this funny to me . . . you did ask.

Firstly the way it was reported. Opening with the police wrestling with protesters. As you point out, the demo appeared to be populated by "normal folks exercising and demonstrating their collective frustration about police cuts during these worrying times of austerity". The BBC seemed to miss out the part of the story that would explain the clash with the police.

One has to wonder who the troublemakers would be? "Pro-cut" cons and libbies jeering and heckling the protesters or perhaps something more sinister?

I would normally expect to see a clip like that on youtube but love the BBC for taking it mainstream.

There, cant say I didnt try.
