Try Sainsbury's website - you can search for recipes by type of meal and ingredients. http://www.sainsbury.co.uk

Try again - the first time I went into it didn't work for me, but it did the second time....

Alternatively http://www.epicurious.com and search for:

TURKISH LAMB PITAS WITH TOMATO SAUCE
OPEN-FACE LAMB BURGERS WITH MINT YOGURT SAUCE
SHEPHERD'S PIE

It's an american site, so refers to "minced" as "ground" but the recipes and feedback are generally spot on.

I was going to suggest moussaka, but its fiddly if you want to do it authentically.

Could do worse than looking at:

Just enter the contents of your fridge and Hey Presto - a recipe.
Where would the single man be without the tin opener and
the microwave.

forgive the spelling - how about shish kebab thingys.
minced lamb, mixed up like a meatloaf with, egg yolk, finely chopped onion, chilli powder, little salt, onion powder ( optional) garlic powder ( to tastes) then formed into patties grilled, served with salad and sauce made from natural yoghurt and some ready made mint sauce in jar.... or if you are organised and have skewers use them..
