I know there have been gym-type messages posted before, but im desperately looking for a gym dude to work out with. I go to Fitness First about 4/5 times a week.

I am/was a gym instructor in my student days but now find that i cant lift heavy weights alone but I know what im doing ... so i could even provide you with guidance.

I live in Greenwich, but would consider anywhere from here up to SE1, including changing gyms.

Thanks.

To James Hatts,

Before you closed the thread, you should have waited for a reply.

No, posting the ad in one forum in not enough.

It is in SE1 forum as well as Chatter too ... you (or someone) clearly makes the distinction between the two.

In the post i talk about SE1 aswell as outside of SE1.

Maybe I could have phrased it better, but I would prefer that people posted their message in one section of the forum or the other, not both.

I will remove the version in the SE1 Discussion area shortly.

Thank you,

James

Hi, yeh there are many.

Try:

Top Notch - St Thomas St (I think) - underneath the arches
Cottons - Hays Galleria
Fitness First - Opposite London Bridge Station, on London Bridge Street

All three are good chains but how clean/friendly individual clubs are, i dont know.

Im a member of Fitness First - its about £40 a month and you can use any FF gym in the country.

Don't go to Top Notch as it's expensive for a relatively poor service
