Christmas is drawing near and so is the end of the year.
What really good things happened this year personally and in general.
Here's mine:
Got to go to the BAFTA's and interview Ronnie Barker.
A friend had a long-awaited baby.
Got plenty of work in.
Surrounded myself with hundred's of thousands of people in London protesting against George Bush.
Let us all bring each other a little cheer!

Actually, I think it's pretty unlikely. I've never put anything like that on a CV (honest).
Although if you think about my name, and squint a bit, you might understand why I'm here if not who I am

Jan, never be afrai dto admit when you don't know what something is. Although we've al done it at some time or other, not wanting to appear stupid. After all, until someone tells us, we don't know what anything is. And while we're on the subject, does anyone know what a "grenchtung" is. My dad told me he used to have one, but would never admit what it was. Now I am an adult, and nobody knows who I am, perhaps now is the time to ask. As for the key events of the year, our daughter getting married. and the lowlight, that man in the glass box, need I say more?
