OK we know that CCTV has to be advertised ie: a sign explaining that CCTV cameras are operating in a certain area.......

It turns out that these mobile (on board cars)cameras should be advertised too,don't know how that's going to work but expect some new signage near your local school.

so if we cycle with a head mounted camera, are we supposed to advertise the fact by carrying a sign?

good point jon,perhaps if your after a conviction of sorts or it's to be used as evidence then yes,not sure though.
I think that ruling opens a can or two of worms.

In that ladys' case..would that count as entrapment?

Jan, I don't think entrapment applies in this country,remember Colin Stagg? NOt too sure of the in and outs of that case but and i'm not sure it was his entrapment that got him off.
