For fun I just translated this Limerick from English to Spanish and back to English.
You can get some very funny results.
I wonder what the results would be translating the bible from English to Aramaic or Hebrew and back to English. Goodness knows what the 10 commandments would turn out as.

There was a farmer from Leeds,
Who ate six packets of seeds,
It soon came to pass,
He was covered with grass,
And he couldn't sit down for the weeds!

°Hab√≠a granjero de Leeds,
que comió seis paquetes de semillas,
él pronto vino pasar,
lo cubrieron con la hierba,
y él no podría sentarse abajo para las malas hierbas!

There was farmer of Leeds,
that ate six packages of seeds,
he soon came to happen,
they covered it with the grass,
and it could not seat down for the bad grass!

I have, during (very) idle moments, used Google to translate reviews of well known books and films from Spanish into English with hilarious results. You can very often end up with completely new plots and characters. I commend this to Hollywood producers, instead of making a lame remake of a decent European film, why not let Google write you a new one?
