Are there any decent downloadable 'space invaders' games out there? Thats what I remember skiving off school for. Asteroids was altogether too arty and flash when that came out, give me the utterly rectangular and basic space invaders any day.

will do (when the phone tarriff is on cheap rate)

There used to be a marvelous machine in the cafe in Coventry railway station, a stones throw from my school. The best thing was it obviously had some intermittently loose connection inside and you could get it to clock up free games by a firm knee in the groin of the large space invader on the side, with just the right degree of brutality. Well worth the price of a platform ticket.

Our firm's Computer Police have denied access.

Boo !

Although, I did have a CD that had over 500 of the old video game classics [eg. 1943, truxton, Ghouls & Goblins, etc]. Absolutely addictive !
