My last post got deleted so I think I put it in the wrong section. I am having my garden landscaped and have to remove approximately a tonne of soil. We are thinking that the best way to remove it is a skip as taking it down to the tip will take forever, also our landscaper can't do it for us.
Other than a skip, is there any other methods of disposal? Our neighbours have offered to take some but can't take very much at all. I am trying to find the right skip size, I think it will be around a 10 yard skip we need? But I have no idea, this website shows how many bin bags will fit in each skip size: https://www.skip-rental.co.uk/sizes/
But I don't know how many bin bags 1 tonne of soil will fill up, is there anyone who knows more about this who can help us?
