My iBook's N-, L- and S-keys are losing their letters. Is this, do you think, normal wear and tear, or it is something i should contact John Lewis about? (The computer's around a year old and still under guarantee).

stop playing those flight simulators with so many different keys do different things when the three keys you realy need are N,S and L (or reconfigure the settings to different letters).

I'm amazed that your keyboard has the scrabble letter scores on it as well - was that an optional extra? (although N and S have rubed off)

apple are really good at honouring guarantees, as are John Lewis. I'd take it back - might as well get a new keyboard if you can!

You don't get 3 points for an "L", surely?

Can't you just contact Apple about it - tell them it's less thn a year old, and see if they'll send you some new keys FOC? I presume they pop off like normal keyboard keys, given the appropriate leverage???
