I am booked on a Thai Seafood cooking workshop at Books for Cooks in Notting Hill but I can't go. They don't offer refunds so is anyone interested in going in my place?

I'm disappointed I'm missing it as it is being taken by the ex chef of Nahm, David Thompson's fab Thai restaurant. This is the blurb on what's on offer:
