Does anyone out there have experience of Pro Engineer (Pro E) CAD software?
I am trying to learn/convert to Pro E and not having much fun. If anyone has any advice in general, or on what training books are any good etc I would love to hear from them.....HELP

Absolutely no experience of this, so I can't help directly, but a quick Google came up with a few user groups and tip sites that you may find useful:

Tip of the Month (from a US engineer consultancy
-------------------------------------------------------------------
"This Pro/Engineer Tip (and our growing library of ProE tips & tricks) is here to help increase Pro/Engineer modeling and CAD design capabilities for everyone interested."

PTC: Pro/ENGINEER Forum

Almost as helpful as the SE1 London forum! If you get stuck with naything this looks liek the place to go...

Top Ten Pro/E Sites
---------------------------
The second one in the list seems to have downloadable video tutorials for example...

The Open Directory Project page for Pro/E
--------------------------------------------------------
Training resources, books, user groups, it's all there somewhere

I know all this is just giving you lots of research to do rather than actually answering the question, but there may be something useful in there for you.
