For anyone considering selling their home/flat/apartment listen out for Radio 4's 'Inside Money' which will be doing a programme on the government's latest 'big idea', the Home Information Pack. This is due to become a legal requirement after June 2007 and promises to be a nightmare.

There is, of course, a very good reason for mentioning this programme.

'fraid I'll have to leave you in suspenders until the programme airs. But if anyone can find an Inside Money archive for the summer of '97 and look for Gazumping, Gazundering and 'Seller's Packs', the answer is also there (shades of DaVinci Code eh wot?)

...and its free ......and there are no 'country air wardens' (yet) and I've managed to get 60mpg out of the Renault Megane and I still get to come up to London and marvel at the sheer quantity of retail that bombards us. "Time for bed" said Dougil.

.........and I also got to look at the inside of Portcullis House. That would best be described as being inside money, the taxpayer's that is!

AAAArrrrggghhhhh! I hadn't thought of the identification issue. But it doesn't look the least like me. I'm taller, have dark hair, finely chiselled features etc etc. In fact, I look a lot like David Coulthard.
