Having read the last two topics I now know how to post an image and how to write in bold, and there have been several mentions of links, clickable or otherwise, but there seem to be many other features to use which are a total mystery to me.

Is there some information somewhere, on this site or elsewhere, about these fancy features? If not, could you post a few key ones for us please?

A guide to these features is on my 'to do' list, but probably won't happen until the long-awaited upgrade to the forum software.

[For those who are interested, I have the new version of Phorum up and running and it looks very good, but unfortunately the conversion script to transfer all the messages and users across from the current version does not work with the version of PHP used by our hosting company. I hope to get it sorted out later this month.]

In the meantime this is a screengrab from the documentation for the current version:

Thanks James, I thought you must be online, seeing as my mistake (I told you I needed lessons!) got mysteriously corrected before I had a chance to edit it myself!

No colour tags on this forum I'm afraid phoney!

And I'd ask people not to go OTT with the formatting, please!

You need to put http:// in front of the web address, Ivanhoe.

And there's no point putting text in an img tag
