Is anyone going tonight to the Britannia just to have one or two Whiskeys?

I'm not tonight, as I have something else to do, but could make it tomorrow.

A few of us from the book club will be there including mr and Mrs JonR and myself so you could always join us. It would be nice to see you again. Whiskey drinking aloud at the book club, discussion of the book not compulsory!

sorry, my life is filling up with stuff, so can't do tomorrow now.

Well, I've had only sporadic internet access until today, so obviously I haven't done much organizing on this! I think we will just have to skip the June meeting.

Just a note that we had a discussion at the Dinner Party club dinner last night and agreed that it would be difficult to try to arrange a meeting in July or August. Watch this space for September!

Pleased to say that our time at Whiskey Club at The Britannia has not been wasted and we were able to put our new knowledge into use at a nice hotel in Lincolnshire recently, where mine Host had an excellent range of Whiskies to sample.
Looking forward to improving our knowledge in September. Have a good summer everyone!
