Greetings,

I am a resident of SE1 and thought I would make fellow residents aware of a Canadian networking group in London; this message is posted with the approval of the London-SE1 moderators.

Network Canada is a volunteer run, not-for-profit group connecting professionals in London who are interested in getting together for social and professional reasons and who have a common interest in Canada and all things Canadian.

What better way to get an introduction to us than through our annual Canadian Christmas Cabaret! See some of London's hottest, award-winning Canadian comics in one show!

On Tuesday, 5 December the public are welcomed into the historic salons of Canada House to enjoy an evening of entertainment while showing support for a good cause.

Hostess and comic goddess Laura Sandiford presents the utterly manic Phil Nichol, the observational wit of Judy Batalion and the seriously funny Glenn Wool. Guests at the informal event are asked to bring wrapped Christmas presents for children in the care of Refuge London. (http://www.refuge.org.uk)

ONLINE BOOKING IS REQUIRED. Full details at: http://www.networkcanada.org

** As a special offer, anyone who signs up for membership on or before 5-December will be elligible for member pricing for the show and have all benefits of full members for the year.

Regards,
Chris MacNeil
