Worse - Ive got to go to a coffee tasting followed by 3 course meal matching wine to food and then do a days work- Now I feel really sick

Got a bad cold on top of slight hang over - although I have to say that the two aka seltzer XS with one berocca in a pint glass of water did the trick..... Can feel a very greasy lunch coming on.
