Hi, does anyone fancy an evening of classical music on 28 June? St Mary Magdalen church on Bermondsey St are holding a summer concert with flutes, strings, soloists & ensembles plus the organ will be played. Tickets are 7 in advance (4 concessions) but all proceeds are going to a local Bermondsey charity, The Salmon Centre.

Further to this, tickets for the concert on June 28th can be purchased on Friday 27th at the free barbecue in the churchyard (from 6.30) or at the church on Saturday 28th between 10.00am and 3.00pm, when the church is open with guided tours and refreshments.

Or else just turn up before 7.30 on 28th! The programme should last about 2 hours and the ticket includes free wine at the interval.
