Our company is looking to move offices in the next 3 months. We need space for roughly 6 desks (ideally our own room or floor within a building).

We are right by Borough market / London bridge tube now, so we are keen to stay in that immediate area.

We have serviced desk spaces available at our office in a courtyard just off Queen Elizabeth Street SE1 (off Tower Bridge Road). The building is on 3 floors with a private meeting room at the top and 2 floors of open plan offices on ground and 1st floors. Each floor has a central meeting or 'doing' space and desks around the exterior. We are a firm of architects and we also share with a recruitment firm, a PR consultant and a photographer.
The building is in the shape of a pyramid and its a great place to work in and very impressive for clients.
The building is well provided with wifi and networks for internet and telephone.
The basic desk provision is a desk, telephone handset, chair, underdesk storage, power network and BT sockets.

Are you a third sector organisation by any chance?
If so you might want to consider CAN Mezzanine.
We offer shared office space to third sector organisations and have offices in 1 London Bridge, and another office in Loman Street, just behind the courts in Southwark, off Union St. (also Old St, but I think that's too far for you)
The space includes access to meeting and conference rooms, kitchen facilities, reception and post room.
You can rent on a desk basis for as little as three months.

Hope this is helpful?
