I advertised this a while back, but my first tenant has gone and got herself a job! So back on the market is a desk in a lovely quiet first floor (rear) office above an art gallery in Gt Suffolk St, nr junction with Union St. £200 a month, all inclusive except cleaning (which we're currently doing ourselves). No phone line (yet) but access to wi-fi at a small extra cost.
