Looking for 1 bed in SE1

~Hello there,
Been living in SE1 near Borough for quite some time now and really enjoy the area. Would like to get myself a 1 bed in this area for a budget of around 275pw.
Was wondering whether 1 beds in the Swan Street development (Kingfisher, Berwick Court, etc.) would fit this budget. If you are living in one of these flats, how much are you paying and who's letting/managing the property?
Similarly, I would be interested in hearing your experience in the Great Dover Street recent development, Longstone Court I think?
