LVT re service charges

I am set to have a hearing at the LVT over service charges and would appreciate advice. I would also like to know what other people who live in 2 bed tower block properties in Southwark are paying. My charges are almost £1500 a year which I find unbelievable.

One bedroom flat, Styles House in The Cut. The following are actual charges for year ending 31 March 2009 - I expect I'll get the following year at some point!
