Hello people! After 18 months 'away' I have now decided to sell my large 1-bed flat in Bermondsey (near bermondsey tube station). Does anyone know how to go about finding a solicitor? How much do they charge? What are the costs involved? I guess after paying agency fees, plus VAT, Hip and solicitors, that would be it? or any hidden costs?

Help please!

Just had a call from my estate agents, they government has suspended the HIPs with immediate effect.
