Hi there,
I'd like to rent a studio/1 bed flat in Metro Central or a similar block. I'm a single professional 31 year old female.
I can move any time from June but there's no rush.
To have a little outside space would be lovely as I like to grow a few tomato plants!
I can pay about £200 a week.
