DIY EPC/Conveyancer request

Our estate agent is quoting £75 for an EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) for our 3-bed home. Has anyone got one elsewhere cheaper?

Can anyone recommend a conveyancer? I found this thread http://www.london-se1.co.uk/forum/read/8/111753 but it's limited and old.

Hi,

We got our EPC from http://www.hips4u.com. It was £45 if I recall. All worked fine for us and it was completed very quickly.

Many thanks Dan. That was a good tip.

The surveyor from that company came late on Monday afternoon (very polite, took off his shoes on request) and the EPC was in my inbox this morning. £45 incl VAT.
