Hi all
Just a reminder that this forum is for general discussion and information-sharing about buying/selling/renting/letting property in SE1, and not for advertising individual properties.
Thanks

James,
Do you have any plans to allow property advertising?
Thanks.

If people are asking for info/advice on housesitters, then yes. Otherwise, no.

Hi James,
We built a web portal (www.rateaflat.co.uk) which provides tenants with the ability to rate rental property in London and the UK. The aim is to give power to tenants in the form of unbiased information. The project is still in it's infancy, as we are just getting started. I can see you have a great forum here, where people share information around properties. Maybe our goals are somewhat aligned - provide honest and truthful information to reduce market inefficiency.
Maybe you find the time to have a look at www.rateaflat.co.uk and see if you find it useful. Let us know what you think!
Thanks,
Stefan
