To all those who have previously enquired about flats in SE1. We have now listed our SE1 two double bedroom flat.

Please kindly contact me via private message and I will provide the link to this information.

I'm not sure whether I'm permitted to list the link here, so politely ask Mr Hatts whether I have permission to do so?

We have just put our flat on the market.
Already, I am regretting it- estate agents! Grrrrrr!
Last time we dealt with Moving Space last year, they were absolutely fab. They had a great team, and we felt (foolishly I know) that they actually gave a hoot and wanted to sell our property.
Fast forward a year and that team appears to have moved on.
We asked the agent we are dealing with if he knew any solicitors as our old one has left the company. This was a casual enquiry and he said he would forward on a contact name and number.
This morning he did so. Then we received an email from the solicitor in question along with an unsolicited quote for the conveyancing fees.
Are they allowed to do this? We feel like the vultures are circling!

Why don't you try to sell if yourself, there are plenty of websites, and it doesn't seem worth paying fees when you could probably find a buyer easily enough, and not be annoyed by estate agents.

You could also put up posters in your block to advertise it to people renting who might want to buy there.

Neither of us have the time to organise viewings etc as MrSarahmc is always working, and I am normally away in the week.
The agent did ring back and say it was a misunderstooding, so maybe I was a bit harsh.
