      <description><![CDATA[just seen the slip road on borough high st onto southwark st has a great big hole in it now and the road it closed with roadworks,<br />
 so no filtering off,<br />

A little bird told me all roadworks around Southwark Street/London Bridge areas have to be finished in time for the Olympics. Worksite vehicles have to be off road during that time and all traffic lights will be phased green because it is going to be one of three VIP routes for the Olympic dignitaries.]]></description>

      <description><![CDATA[Watched the Secret Millionaire last night, when then Boss went out on the road with one of his engineers in South London he noted that it took 1 hour to travel 2 miles in central london.<br />

The solution was to provide the engineer with a massive motor bike which a 6 footer would find hard to use! So he could weave in and out of the traffic...]]></description>
