St Patrick's Church
Roman Catholic church close to Waterloo station.
St Patrick's in Cornwall Road is easily missed but for Waterloo commuters it's a handy church on weekday holy days. Even the 9am Sunday Mass occasionally has someone in the congregation who has just come off an early train.
St Patrick's has been Waterloo's Roman Catholic Church for just over a century and was originally part of a church school-hence the need to go upstairs to the Upper Room to worship.
The church is served by the Order of Friars Minor Conventual whose Greyfriars Community house is on the corner opposite.
The parish priest is Fr Jesmond Pawley.
