Back after 4 years!
The Bridge House has changed a lot over the years. We ate dinner there on Saturday night for the first time in a long while. The place was busy but we enjoyed good service and good food. If you haven't been there recently, you might want to try it out.
Highly recommended!
We've often had a drink at the Bridge House on Tower Bridge Road, but we just ate our first meal there. And it won't be our last! We ordered from the set menu, two courses for £10.95, and it was great tasting food and great value. The service was excellent too. The only down side was the music which got very loud as the night wore on. But otherwise, this place cannot be recommended highly enough!
Outstanding food and value
I went to the Bridge House Bar and Restaurant on Tower Bridge Road and had a fantastic meal (homemade burger and fries).

This place has to be not just one of the best reasonably priced eateries in south-east London but in London. The food is fresh (the chef and co-owner Wayne buys it himself) and the prices are very reasonable. A few weeks ago I had the best place and chips I've ever eaten and for only £5.50.
