Fables are twisted and tables are turned as Mouse and Lion seek their fortunes in the city, amidst a joyous jumble of puppets, shadows and dancing cheeses. Can a mouse prove a match for a lion? Can a lion defeat a human being? And should we trust a Fox who plays the accordion?
