Dali & Film will bring together works by Salvador Dali (1904-89) in an unprecedented exploration of his enthusiasm for, and response to, cinema.

The exhibition will include major paintings, films, photography and texts.

At its heart will be the key films on which he worked, ranging from Un Chien andalou and L'Age d'or of 1929-30 to his collaboration with Hitchcock on Spellbound in 1945.

By bringing paintings and films together, the show will explore Dali's fascination for a cinematographic vision across all forms of his prodigious and controversial output.
