Susan Bower & Tina Morgan

Susan Bower’s paintings are an embodiment and narrative of her life. Born in Yorkshire and raising four children has given her an insight into the amusement, the romance and the grittiness of life. She paints “what she feels and not what she sees”.

In contrast Tina Morgan spends a long time observing the landscape before her. Light, texture and gentle colour are key elements in Tina Morgan’s compositions. Preliminary sketches capture a moment of the interplay of light and a change of tone and hue.
