Blackfriars Road
Developer Linden Homes wants to demolish St George's Mansions and the Imbibe pub on Blackfriars Road and build a 27 storey tower to provide 206 homes, including affordable housing, between Pocock Street and Surrey Row which could also be entirely re-landscaped. But is this too tall? As an alternative they propose a 15 storey building providing 123 flats but with little ground floor open space. Which would you prefer? Make your choice.
Queen Elizabeth Hall and Hayward Gallery
