Southwark.TV - 4 Years On

Community TV Trust set up Southwark.TV in late November 2002.
During the four years of its life to date, Southwark.TV has grown to
become a unique media venture on the British media landscape.

The website is 500+ pages, there are over 50 partner organisations
and schools, filmmakers screen their work and those with something
to say speak out.

Chris Haydon, director of Community TV Trust and Southwark.TV
travelled to Bethlehem in 2004 to explore the possibility of setting
up a Southwark.TV partner organisation in this special, iconic place.

This happened and along the way a number of key local Palestinians
spoke out on camera about their daily life, their thoughts and hopes,
their concerns and hardships.
