Local history is brought vividly to life by writer and performer John Constable, author of The Southwark Mysteries and Secret Bankside Walks In The Outlaw Borough.

This walk explores recent excavations around London Bridge - visiting the sites of Roman baths, temples, a market-arcade and the final resting-place of a female gladiator. A journey back through 2,000 years to when this area was a bustling Roman port.
