This event is in the past. This is an archive page for reference.

César Franck was a great protagonist of the Belle Époque and few will know he was Belgian.  Both the sonata and Chausson's Trio are fine examples of the large-scale works so typical of the Belle Époque.

With Corinne Morris (cello), Fenella Humphreys (violin), Viv McKean (piano).
