Choirs from Sherborne Girls and The Gryphon School will serenade thousands of passengers for a concert at Waterloo Station.
More than 100 pupils will be taking part with volunteers collecting donations for Weldmar Hospice.
Singing to commuters and travellers at the station, the choirs will be accompanied by an organ and brass band who will be playing a mix of traditional and modern carols.
