Beer-tasting evening

A special ale-tasting evening with the brewery teams from Greene King and Chicago’s Goose Island Beer Company.

John Bexon, master brewer at Suffolk-based brewery and pub company Greene King, will lead the tasting evening alongside special guests, brewmaster Brett Porter and brewery innovation manager Mike Siegel, from Goose Island.

The free event is a chance for customers to taste a number of Goose Island keg and bottled ales, as well as ask questions on the complexities of good brewing.

Goose Island beers that will be served at the tasting night include India Pale Ale, Honkers Ale, and 312 Urban Wheat Ale.

The Goose Island team will also be serving up some of their speciality beers which are not currently available for sale anywhere in the UK.
