Scrawny Cat Theatre Company presents August Strindberg's play directed by Charlotte Ive.

The past intrudes upon the present and the future is shaped by spectres. Memories mist at the edges, history haunts reality. The debts of the past must be repaid and its ghosts laid to rest.

In a new adaptation written specifically for the Rose and its atmospheric, historical setting, Scrawny Cat reinvigorates this Modernist Classic. With a cast of just four actors, this is intimate storytelling exploring death and redemption, the power we have over others and the price that must be paid for the things we do.

  • Tues Sat 7.30pm, Sun 3pm only
