Make Music Day's flagship London event starts with a carnival-style procession from the north side of the Thames (6pm), led by Kinetika Bloco, across London Bridge and through the More London estate to The Scoop at More London for a grand finale at 7.30pm followed by a jam in Potters Fields Park.
