Migration of Taste Demonstration Kitchen

Borough Market is holding a series of cooking demonstrations on Thursdays throughout August in its Market Hall Demonstration Kitchen to celebrate the influence that the cultural heritage of some of the UK's most innovative chefs has had on their cooking.

Masterchef winner Dhruv Baker will be exploring influences from his Mexican food heritage. Dhruv's jetset early life began in Mexico, where he lived for five years before moving to India for ten years, then East Africa and Spain before moving back to Mexico. By merging the culinary techniques and heritage of European cuisine with the exciting flavours of Central America he hopes to inspire Borough Market shoppers to experiment.
