Capital House public exhibition

Greystar is holding a public exhibition on the proposed redevelopment of the site at 40-46 Weston Street, Southwark (Capital House).

Greystar is proposing a tall bulding with student accommodation, an active frontage and space for local social enterprises.

The public exhibition will provide you with the opportunity to meet the team, see and hear their vision for the site, and share your own views about how the future of this site should be shaped.

Greystar is due to submit an amendment to the existing planning application later this year.
