New plays by Ellen Hughes & Sally Toosey. A double-bill examining ambitious doctors and the use of the body in medicine over 200 years.

In 'The Body Snatcher', adapted from R.L.Stevenson's 'crawler', a medical student becomes compromised when his anatomy class needs more bodies.

In 'The Gift', at a modern London hospital, a transplant surgeon doubts his talent, while a divided family learn what it takes to truly give.

A Bloodless Field has been created through unique collaboration between theatre company Metal and Bone and Britain's leading surgeons, including Imperial College's Dept of Biosurgery and Surgical Technology at St. Mary's Hospital.

International cabaret starts, a debate and an auction complement the double-bill on high-profile Gala Night, 17 April.
