Waterloo Time Bank Open Day

To include gardening workshop (4pm), face painting and children's activities (2pm-5pm), history tour around Waterloo (5.30pm), live music and much more.

Also get the chance to hear life-changing stories from local people as to how being involved in the time bank has helped to change their lives for the better.

Followed by Waterloo Time Bank AGM at 6.30pm and refreshments from 7pm.

What is a time bank?

Time Banks allow local people to bank the time that they give for community and public benefit and then spend these time credits to pay for the services that they need. As well as valuing people's time, they focus on assets rather than problems, building trust, support networks, and bridges between different generations and different parts of the community.
