Stephen Bourne presents an illustrated talk looking at the wartime experiences of Black Londoners on the Home Front. Learn about the lives of ordinary families as well as the experiences of personalities such as Dr Harold Moody, Adelaide Hall, and Ken 'Snakehips' Johnson.

The event will include a screening of Aunt Esther's Story, a documentary by Stephen Bourne about his aunt who worked as a fire watcher during the Blitz.
